Here is some important information to take into account:

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations require 24hrs or full fee applies. We ask that you understand the need for this, in order for our counsellors and clients to be able to secure their schedules.

Intake forms - You will receive an email with our informed consent. This document provides a general summary of the counselling process, your rights and responsibilities, as well as those of your counsellor. It is important that you take time to read through it and feel free to ask us any questions. Once you have understood it, you will need to provide us with a signed copy before or on your first session.
